Veterinary Coagulation Analyzer 

Test Mode 1 - General Items Test
1.Turn on the power switch, HV-COA 7000 will loan on the system and enter the initial interface. 
2. Click "Test" menu on the main screen and enter the test interface. Take out the test cartridge from package.
3. After inserting the cartridge into the cartridge holder,HV-COA 7000 will enter the heating mode "countdown 25 secs". 25 secs later, the sampling port shows green light indicating the sample adding operation. 
4. Extract 20 uL of blood specimen. Attention: use whole blood in Sodium citrate anticoagulation tube. If the blood seperates, shake slowly upside down, avoiding bubbles. 
5. Use a pipette to add the blood sample to the sampling port. Attention: avoid bubbles during the pocess. Please add the sample within 3 minutes after the cartridge is inserted.
6. After adding sample successfully, the green indicator light goes out and HV-COA 7000 enters the test phase.
7. HV-COA 7000 will automatically detect the time of blood coagulation (the coagulation time depends on the clinical features of the blood and the test item). When the blood coagulation is detected, the instrument will automatically perform a test and display the test result.
8. Click"Print" to print the result. 

Test Mode 2 - Items with ID chip 
1.Turn on the power switch, HV-COA 7000 will loan on the system and enter the initial interface. 
2. Click "Test" menu on the main screen and enter the test interface. Take out the test cartridge from package.
3. After inserting the cartridge into the cartridge holder, HV-COA 7000 will indicate that the item needs inserting ID chip.
4. Insert the ID chip referring to the lote number and click "confirm", HV-COA 7000 will enter the heating mode "countdown 25 secs". 25 secs later, the sampling port shows green light indicating the sample adding operation.
5. Extract 20 uL of blood specimen. Use a pipette to add the sample to the sampling port. Attention: use whole blood in Sodium citrate anticoagulation tube. If the blood seperates, shake slowly upside down, avoiding bubbles. Please add the sample within 3 minutes.
6. After adding sample successfully, the green indicator light goes out and HV-COA 7000 enters the test phase.

8. Withdraw the cartridge and enter the "History" interface, choose the test record. Click"Print" to print the result.
