Operation Procedure-Veterinary Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer 

Test Mode 1 – Quick Test
1. Turn on the power switch, HV-FIA 3000 will load on the system and enter the initial interface.
2. Click“Test”menu on the main screen. After self-checking success, the system will enter the test interface.
3. Slide the Dip Switch to the left and make sure the indicator light is red.
4. Take ID Card out from the test kit, insert the Test ID Card, and then click“Read ID Card”.
5. Extract the blood specimen (e.g. for Prog: 75μL of plasma/serum or whole blood, Please refer to the instruction manual for different items volume), add it into buffer and mix thoroughly.
6. Take out the test cartridge from package, add 75μL of sample-buffer mixture into the sample well of test cartridge. Under room temperature place test cartridge on bench for 3minutes or 15 minutes depending on different tests. (NOTE: Immediately insert the test cartridge into the test cartridge holder and start the test in required time after sampling).   
7. Immediately insert the test cartridge reacted completely into the test cartridge holder.
8. Click“Test”, HV-FIA 3000 will test automatically and display the test result.
9. Click“Print”to print the result. 

 

Test Mode 2 - Standard Test
1. Turn on the power switch, HV-FIA 3000 will load on the system and enter the initial interface. 
2. Click“Test”menu on the main screen. After self-checking success, the system will enter the test interface.
3. Slide the Dip Switch to“Standard Test”and make sure the indicator light is green.
4. Take ID Card out from the test kit, insert the Test ID Card, and then click“Read ID Card”.
5. Extract the blood specimen (e.g. for Prog: 75μL of plasma/serum or whole blood, Please refer to the instruction manual for different items volume), add it into buffer and mix thoroughly. 
6. Take out the test cartridge from package, add 75μL of sample-buffer mixture into the sample well of test cartridge. 
7. Immediately insert the test cartridge into the test cartridge holder of HV-FIA 3000 and click“Test”. 
8. HV-FIA 3000 starts to count down 3:00 minutes or 15:00 minutes depending on different test, when countdown time goes to 0 second, the meter will start to test and display the result.
9. Click“Print”to print the result.  

Test Mode 3 - Batch Test
1.Turn on the power switch and the instrument will automatically load the system and enter the test interface.
2.Take out the ID card from the packaging box of reagent, and insert it into the detection port on the lower left of the instrument. Click “Read ID Card” on the screen. 
3.Click “Menu” “Batch” to enter the batch test interface. 
4.Select “Warning” on the top left of the screen. Select the “sample type” and “items”, and click “sample +1” to add the sample according to the number of samples are going to test.
5.Take the blood sample for the first test, volume is according to the user-manual of the reagent, to add into the diluent and mix it well. 
6.Take out the reagent cassette and add the sample to it according the user-manual. And then click “Start” on the top right of the screen. The machine start counting down incubation time for the first test. 
7.Start to prepare more tests as step 6. Click “Start” once you complete one reagent cassette for testing and repeat this operation.
8.Insert the first reagent cassette into the instrument when you complete manual operation, which will be automatically completed the test. And insert the next cassette for testing while hearing the alarm, until all reagent cassettes have been tested.
9.When complete all tests, click “Menu”  “Results” to check the result for all tests. Click the left “√” when you need to upload, print, export or delete the result. 
Note: The test interface cannot be exited during the batch test, which will cause the countdown pause to affect the test.
